Abstract: Quantum mechanics merging with artificial intelligence establishes revolutionary potential for decision support technologies. This scientific convergence creates solutions to mathematical problems previously unsolvable through standard computing methods. Quantum learning systems utilize unique physical properties – state duality, particle correlation, and wave interaction – processing data through pathways fundamentally unlike traditional computational models. Quantum-driven optimization delivers notable performance gains when solving complex variable problems central to various machine intelligence functions. These capabilities prove especially valuable across industries: investment sectors enhance portfolio structure and uncertainty calculations, shipping companies improve distribution efficiency, while pharmaceutical development accelerates molecular evaluation and medicine creation. Though theoretical benefits appear substantial, practical implementation faces considerable obstacles, including current hardware restrictions, mathematical formulation challenges, and enterprise system compatibility issues. Present developments concentrate on combined classical-quantum systems, error suppression methodologies, and problem structure adaptation.
