Keywords: Salesforce, Metadata API, AI Agents, Agentforce, DevOps, Deployment, Change Sets, Automation, SFDX, Digital Transformation.

Abstract: Salesforce metadata deployment is a cornerstone of enterprise CRM lifecycle management, yet it remains a complex and error-prone process when handled manually. With the emergence of AI-powered conversational agents, there is a compelling opportunity to automate and streamline this deployment. This paper examines the concept of intelligent agent-assisted metadata deployment within Salesforce, with a focus on the automated transfer of metadata components, such as Apex Triggers, from one environment to another. The research outlines architecture, workflows, agent capabilities, and real-world use cases, culminating in a proposed framework for implementing AI-driven deployment orchestration.
