Abstract

The study aimed to identify the doses of vitamin (C) associated with increased intensity training and their effect on measurements of the level of protein (Bak & BclXL), free radicals (MDA) and enzyme (CAT) in football players. The experimental method was used for its suitability and the nature of the phenomenon to be studied and represents the research community and they are players Maysan Sports Club Applicants over the age of (20) years, and the study came out with the following conclusions The increased intensity exercises significantly affected the decrease in the level of protein (BclXL) and the control group was characterized by a decrease from the experimental group; The experimental group about the control group.
