Abstract

Phu Cuong commune is a mountainous commune in Tan Lac district, Hoa Binh province, about 20 km northwest of the district capital. Phu Cuong commune is a commune with a large area, a dense population, with a total of 1,619 households, 7,564 people, people living in 11 hamlets in the commune. With suitable climatic, soil and hydrological conditions for sweet potato, in recent years sweet potato has become a poverty alleviation and enrichment crop for many households in the commune, and is the main crop of the district.
