Abstract: The management of planned church music services and the need for worship leaders who have balanced musical, leadership, and spiritual competencies and quality worship are important for every church. This study aims to analyze the role of worship leader training in supporting church music management and its contribution to improving the quality of worship. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The research subjects included worship leaders, music ministers and church leaders at GKII Berea Sintang, while the research object focused on the implementation of worship leader training in church music management. The results of the study indicate that structured and continuous worship leader training plays a significant role in improving worship leadership, regularity of music team management, and the quality of worship implementation that is more orderly, regular, and quality. Thus, worship leader training is a strategic instrument in church music management to realize quality worship that is oriented towards the glory of God.
