Abstract: This article analyzes the theoretical and conceptual foundations of ensuring the safety and stability of society in Uzbekistan. Risks and threats affecting the safety and stability of society, their manifestations, types, and the review of threats to public safety are classified based on the scientific research of scientists, legal literature, and legal documents. On the basis of the analyzes carried out, proposals were developed to improve the sphere of security through the political vision and approaches of threats to the security of society in our country. This article analyzes the theoretical and conceptual foundations of ensuring public safety and stability in Uzbekistan. The risks and threats affecting public safety and stability, their manifestations, types, and a review of threats to public security based on scientific research, legal literature, and legislative documents are classified. Based on the analysis, proposals have been developed to improve the security sector in our country through political views and approaches to threats to public security.
