Abstract: The article suggests a systematic approach to the implementation of generative AI agent assistants into enterprise customer support solutions to fill the long-standing gap between prototype solutions and production-ready solutions. Going beyond one-off technical aspects, the framework inculcates foundational human experience obtained through golden dataset techniques, addresses the inter-system integration challenges, and identifies clear metrics of success. The phased implementation plan is described, which includes pre-production validation, scalable architecture design, and controlled launch processes. The technical architecture is concerned with integration details, performance optimisation, and data governance, which are important when deploying to an enterprise. A holistic evaluative approach balances early warning indicators with lagging business impact assessment indicators, enhanced with operational health indicators. Empirical evidence demonstrates the presence of measurable results and qualitative insights, as well as several unforeseen observations, which highlight the fact that the generative AI solutions are evolving in response to complex business situations.
