Enterprise Digital Transformation: Harnessing AI/ML Solutions and Automation
Keywords: Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Enterprise Automation, Business Process Optimization.
Abstract: Digital transformation driven by Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and automation represents a fundamental paradigm shift that empowers organizations to reimagine business processes, enhance customer experiences, and foster innovation across industries. The convergence of these leading-edge technologies redefines traditional value-creation models, enabling agility in addressing evolving consumer expectations, regulatory compliance requirements, and global supply chain disruptions. Healthcare, retail, and manufacturing sectors demonstrate the transformative potential of AI and automation through measurable improvements in diagnostic accuracy, operational efficiency, and service delivery. Successful transformation, however, requires more than technology adoption—it demands human-centered strategies, strong data governance, cultural adaptability, and responsible AI practices. Organizations must navigate significant challenges including data quality issues, skills gaps, integration complexity, and ethical concerns surrounding algorithmic bias and transparency. This paper explores the theoretical foundations, implementation strategies, sectoral applications, and challenges associated with AI/ML and automation integration within enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
