Abstract: The rapid evolution of enterprise cloud infrastructure has fundamentally transformed IT operations, necessitating sophisticated automation strategies, platform engineering principles, and multi-cloud governance frameworks. This comprehensive review examines the convergence of infrastructure-as-code, platform engineering, AIOps, and emerging technologies in shaping contemporary enterprise cloud ecosystems.
