Abstract: The article examines the powerful effects of Veeva Vault on managing medical documents in the pharmaceutical industry and how it manages the various challenges faced by these companies. It explains how Veeva Vault went from being a document management tool to a main business system, developing its own framework for the pharmaceutical industry. Provisions such as validation-ready systems, targeted applications, streamlined automated procedures, universal availability, and detailed audit reports are thought about in terms of what they mean for regulations and for business. The article explained that Veeva Vault’s approach to compliance allows businesses to address regulatory concerns and gain speed, improved efficiency, easy collaboration, the ability to operate everywhere, and important data insights.
