Abstract: This article explores the critical importance of financial integrity within large-scale sales compensation programs through an integrated conceptual framework bridging accounting standards, statistical methodologies, and strategic management principles. Drawing on agency theory and motivational psychology, the examination investigates how sophisticated financial management practices serve as strategic enablers for global sales organizations.
