Abstract: This study, "Examining Students' Mathematical Mastery through Localized Math Tutorials (LMT) on Integer Operations," explores how bilingual (English and Visayan) video tutorials affect students' understanding of operations of integers. Using a quasi-experimental design, the research compared the pretest, post-test, and retention test scores of students using LMT against those receiving conventional instruction. Results showed that students using LMT scored higher in post-tests and retention tests, indicating better mastery and long-term retention of integer operations. These findings highlight the effectiveness of localized instructional materials in overcoming language barriers and enhancing engagement and comprehension in mathematics
