Prospects for Improving the Legislation on Administrative Court Proceedings: Legal Status of the Parties

Abstract: This article discusses the prospects for improving the legislation on administrative court proceedings: legal status of the parties. Abuse of procedural rights leads to going beyond the scope of exercising the right, and as a result, to an unfair result for the opposing party in terms of resolving the case correctly, in a timely manner, and ensuring equality of the parties. In this case, for any party to any administrative process, of course, it may seem that their rights have been violated in some sense, but abuse of procedural rights can generally lead to a violation of the rights of the opposing party
