Abstract: Infrastructure-led fintech platforms have emerged as foundational enablers of embedded financial service delivery within digitally interconnected enterprise ecosystems. In multi-tenant platform environments, ensuring tenant-level operational independence while simultaneously facilitating ecosystem-wide participation presents a critical architectural and strategic challenge. This study examines the structural interplay between tenant isolation mechanisms, network effect intensities, and competitive moat formation within infrastructure-centric fintech platforms. Tenant isolation was operationalized through application-layer segregation, database partitioning efficiency, virtual network encapsulation, and workload containerization reliability, while network effects were assessed using ecosystem participation indicators such as tenant onboarding rate, API integration frequency, interoperability density, and developer engagement. The findings indicate that tenant isolation exerts a significant direct influence on competitive moat formation; however, its long-term strategic impact is substantially mediated by participation-driven network effects. Increased ecosystem interoperability enhances transactional liquidity and cumulative data intelligence, thereby reinforcing switching costs and platform stickiness across maturity stages. Multivariate trend and ordination analyses further reveal strong co-variation between backend infrastructural robustness and participation-driven ecosystem expansion. Collectively, the results highlight that sustainable competitive advantage within infrastructure-led fintech ecosystems emerges from the integration of architectural resilience with network-mediated value amplification.
