Abstract

The article examines theoretical approaches to the relationship between education financing and the quality of education, analyzes the debate surrounding these perspectives, and offers opinions on mechanisms for improving education financing. Researchers who focus on the existence or absence of a correlation between education quality and funding levels (or amounts) are generally divided into two groups. Finally, the article presents opinions on the effectiveness of education financing and offers proposals and recommendations for improvement
