Abstract: This article introduces a proactive readiness and risk assessment framework designed to facilitate seamless platform transitions through systematic validation, simulation, and operational assessment. The framework addresses critical challenges associated with enterprise platform modernization efforts, providing a structured approach to minimizing operational disruptions and regulatory risks inherent in transforming legacy infrastructures. By integrating simulated transaction capabilities, automated reporting mechanisms, and intelligence-driven risk assessment, organizations can empirically validate target environments before committing to full-scale migrations. The framework enables holistic evaluation of both legacy and target platforms, ensuring transitions only proceed when operational readiness thresholds are met. Through early warning indicators, regulatory risk mitigation, automated performance monitoring, and operational due diligence, the framework enhances organizational confidence while safeguarding critical operations throughout the transformation journey.
