Adaptive Artificial Intelligence for Personalised Learning in Modern Education and Corporate Training
Keywords: Adaptive Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Personalized Education, Machine Learning, Educational Technology.
Abstract: Adaptive artificial intelligence is considerably transforming education. It changes how educators teach in schools and train people at work. These systems use different types of AI, like language processing and machine learning. This helps create learning that changes to fit each person's learning style. The tech behind this includes making content, checking how students are doing, and managing what is taught, all of which enable large-scale personalization. How this is used differs from job to job. For example, healthcare focuses on keeping patients safe. Manufacturing uses simulations for hands-on safety training, and finance prioritizes training on following the rules. Modern adaptive platforms create detailed profiles of learners. These profiles capture things like how they think, act, and the situations that affect their learning. These systems show big improvements in how well people learn. This includes quicker training, remembering what was taught, and fewer mistakes in different jobs. Using chats, personalized timing, and instant feedback fixes problems with old teaching methods. This leads to happier and more involved learners.
